1. Cancellation of Services

  • Clients have the right to cancel our services at any time during the engagement process. If you wish to cancel our services, please notify us in writing or through our official communication channels.
  • In case any work has already been initiated and you decide to cancel our services, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable charges for the work already performed.

2. Refund Policy

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds. Once the appointment is booked and confirmed, the consultancy fee of rupees 500 for the 30-minute session is non-refundable.
  • Maxleben Advisory charges its clients only after the successful resolution of their builder-buyer disputes. Our fee structure is designed to ensure that our clients pay for results, not just efforts.
